I'm heading out tomorrow night to attend and speak at Software Design & Development which is a yearly conference in London, UK. My talk is on May 14th and is called "Assessing UX" and provides a 360-degree view on what the different dimensions of user experience are, and what concrete things you want to look for when assessing these dimensions. Free tools are presented that help to check concepts and products for their UX quality. I involve the audience in a live usability test demonstration as well as a 5-minute Q&A period right at the end of the presentation. Should be fun!
